Have discussions, and don't be afraid to state your own opinion and understanding of something even if you think it might be incorrect. It's easy to get lost in the sauce when working on problems, so make sure to take good notes before you come to class as they will be your best friend.
 +
+**What do you recommend doing if you are struggling in class?**: Help Room is such a chill environment to discuss concepts you’re struggling with or even to just sit and do your LON-CAPA work. Make sure to get all your group members’ contacts! They were always my go-to, even prior group members. You will have a day or two where you didn't take notes beforehand, so you get overwhelmed during class. No worries, just be honest with your groupmates (they will be understanding) and come to the help room while the problem is still fresh in your mind. Talking about it makes all the difference.

+**Advice on how to approach P-Cubed:**  Write things out and organize your thoughts and information in a way that flows for you. If you haven't tried it much, try writing things in variable form and see the broader relationships between the things present in the expression! If you don't know if an answer makes sense, compare it to something you do know and see if the units work out. Order of magnitude estimates and unit checks are your friend!
 +
+**What do you recommend doing if you are struggling in class?**: Go to office hours or the help room! Either are great options that will save you a lot of head racking all while being a great way to establish connections with your peers and physics faculty. Finding help does not make you a lesser student, but rather shows that you know how to use your time efficiently and utilize the resources available to you to learn. Be patient with yourself. Physics can be hard, and it took hundreds of years for humans to collectively figure this stuff out. You are learning it in a few months.

 +
+**Advice on how to approach P-Cubed**: Focus on your progress instead of results. It’s much better to take your time and try out new roles in the group, or coding, even if you’re not entirely comfortable with it. Be there for your teammates and let them be there for you!
 +
+**What do you recommend doing if you are struggling in class?**: Utilize all the resources that you have in this course: your teammates, your ULA, other ULAs, especially the help room. Also, when you’re solving a problem, try to answer the “why” component to each step you’re doing.
 +
 +
+**Fun fact about me**: I’ve been to 11 countries before, including one which I’ve only reached 20 meters from the land border. The wildebeests witnessed it, so I think that counts.
